Warm broccoli and prawn salad

Hi, everyone 🙂

I hope you are having a great time during the weekend 🙂 Today I would like to share with you an easy salad recipe that is perfect for light dinner or lunch in a box – Warm broccoli and prawn salad 🙂

Ingredients for 1 portion:

1 broccoli glove (cut into florets)
5 prawns
2 garlic
1/2 red chilli pepper
Fresh lime juice (from 1/2 lime)
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

How to prepare it?

First, boil the broccoli till soft. At the same time, take a pan and fry for few minutes the garlic and the chilli pepper (both minced). Than add the prawns and the lime juice and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the broccoli, season and in 1-2 minutes the salad is ready 🙂 I hope you gonna like it 🙂

Надявам се, че си прекарвате добре почивните дни 🙂 Днес бих искала да споделя с вас една лесна рецепта за салата, която е идеална за лека вечеря или обяд в кутия – Топла салата с броколи и скариди 🙂

Продукти за 1 порция:

1 глава броколи (нарязана на цветчета)
5 скариди
2 скилитки чесън
1/2 люта червена чушка
Сокът от 1/2 лайм
Сол
Пипер
Зехтин

Начин на приготвяне:

Първо, сварете броколито до меко. През това време, вземете тиган и запържете за няколко минути чесъна и лютата чушка (и двете нарязани на ситно). След това добавете скаридите и сокът от лайм и гответе още 3-4 минути. Добавете броколито, овкусете и след 1-2 минути салатата е готова 🙂 Надявам се да ви хареса 🙂

    A good advice from me – broccoli is really delicious when you cook it on a water steam… then it is soft but a little bit crispy as well. According to me it is much more delicious than cooked broccoli. 🙂 However, i will definitely try this salad 🙂
